<h3>Booking & Payment</h3>

<li>A 50% advance is required to confirm bookings</li>
<li>Remaining balance due on day of event before setup begins</li>
<li>Cancellations within 7 days of event forfeit the advance</li>
</ul>
<h3>Equipment</h3>
<ul>
<li>All equipment remains the property of Pro Audio Solution</li>
<li>Client is responsible for damage to equipment caused by misuse</li>
<li>Equipment will be collected within 24 hours of event completion</li>
</ul>
<h3>Liability</h3>
<p>Pro Audio Solution is not liable for disruptions caused by power failures, extreme weather, or force majeure events beyond our control.</p>
